FREE RAGE
A factory brand founded in Kyoto, Japan in 2007. Its concept is “express freely, go wild freely.” Born from a processing factory in Kyoto, the brand blends elements of outdoor, workwear, and military style with traditional dyeing, hand-painted Yuzen techniques, hand-screen printing, and other artisan craftsmanship, reinterpreted through a modern American casual lens. From original ink blending to hand dyeing and airbrushing, FREE RAGE embraces expressive techniques while remaining committed to Made-in-Japan production through collaborations with craftspeople across the country.

A vintage-like faded finish
The body is made from French terry fabric that is easy to wear throughout the seasons. It has just the right amount of substance without feeling overly heavy, making it easy to throw on casually over a T-shirt.

After sewing, the finished garment undergoes special dyeing and washing processes to recreate the natural fading of a piece worn for years. Though brand new, it has a relaxed, lived-in appearance that feels as if it has already become part of your wardrobe.





Analog depth created through four-color separation printing.
The front graphic features four-color process printing, created by layering the four CMYK colors. The unique texture of hand-pulled screen-printed ink and the grain of the halftone dots create a rich depth and character that digital printing simply cannot replicate.





Specially blended inks are used to recreate the cracking and fading that naturally develop on prints over time. The faded character of the body blends seamlessly with the texture of the print, creating the look of a vintage sweatshirt that has been worn and loved for years.





The neat crew neckline gives the piece a refined, mature look without appearing overly casual. Raglan sleeves add a naturally relaxed feel to the silhouette.





The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is intentionally kept short to recreate the proportions of vintage garments.





The boxy silhouette offers a comfortable amount of room through the body while keeping the length slightly shorter. Relaxed without looking sloppy, it pairs naturally with classic bottoms such as denim, chinos, and military trousers.
