FOB FACTORY
FOB FACTORY / F2467 WW2 Denim Coverall
Based on a rare model from the 1940s, the F2467 WW2 Denim Coverall has been reworked with FOB FACTORY’s signature boxy silhouette.
Period-inspired details such as laurel buttons are retained, while the chest pocket has been deliberately omitted. This tones down the rugged workwear feel, making the jacket easy to incorporate into everyday styling.
For those who find denim jackets a little too short, or traditional coveralls a little too workwear-heavy, this light outer layer strikes a balance between vintage heritage and everyday versatility.
Simply throw it over a shirt or cut-and-sew top for an effortless look. It pairs naturally with a wide range of bottoms, from denim and chinos to military trousers.

FOB FACTORY
Inspired by vintage clothing, FOB FACTORY creates workwear, military wear, and jeans from its base in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture—one of Japan's leading production centers. Every stage of production is carried out in Japan, with the aim of making clothes that customers will still be glad they purchased three years later.

Traditional Denim, Dyed with Time and Care
The fabric is made from 100% cotton.
Its defining feature is the traditional hank-dyeing process, in which the yarn is dyed while loosely bundled into loops known as hanks. Unlike methods that tightly wind the yarn onto a machine before dyeing, this process places less tension on the yarn, helping preserve its natural fullness and softness.
Carefully allowing the dye to penetrate evenly throughout each bundle of yarn requires considerable time and effort, but the result is an even, beautifully rich finish. This traditional technique has long been used for indigo dyeing and for sashiko thread.
Rather than simply recreating the look of vintage denim, FOB FACTORY incorporates traditional craftsmanship into the very process of making the fabric. This commitment to time-honored techniques is part of what makes the brand distinctive.

Wartime Details That Stand Out Through Simplicity
The first detail to catch the eye is the generously sized collar. The front features three laurel buttons, a signature detail of wartime models. Their classic design subtly stands out against the clean front, hinting at the history and heritage behind the piece.

Meanwhile, the chest pocket, a defining feature of traditional workwear, has been deliberately omitted, leaving only two waist pockets for a clean, understated look.
Buttons at the cuffs allow the sleeves to be rolled up according to the temperature or styling. In early spring and autumn, casually rolling the sleeves like a shirt creates a lighter, more effortless look without feeling overly heavy.

FOB FACTORY’s Boxy Silhouette, Designed for Effortless Layering
While based on a 1940s wartime model, the silhouette has been reworked into FOB FACTORY’s signature boxy shape. The relaxed construction avoids emphasizing the body’s lines, making it easy to layer over T-shirts, cut-and-sew tops, or shirts.
It can be worn like a denim jacket while offering the distinctive presence of a traditional coverall. Ideal as a lightweight outer layer in spring and autumn, it also adapts easily to changing temperatures by adjusting the layers underneath.
