Airflow for a Lighter Step
The upper features a specially engineered open mesh structure. Its breathable construction helps prevent heat and moisture from building up as you move.

Despite its technical performance, the design remains characteristically clean and minimal for ON. It works naturally not only with training wear, but also with everyday pieces such as denim, chinos, and nylon pants.





For the Cloud X 5, the star-shaped laces from the previous model have been replaced with standard shoelaces. This gives the shoe a cleaner, more understated look, making it easy to wear beyond the gym and into everyday settings.





The tongue and heel collar are designed with more padding than the previous model, improving comfort against the foot while enhancing heel hold.

Designed for training that involves movement not only forward and backward but also side to side, the shoe helps keep the foot stable through multidirectional motion. That same stability also provides reassuring support on long days of walking through the city.



Stability Starts Underfoot
The Cloud X 5 introduces a newly molded insole. Its three-dimensional shape follows the contours of the foot, supporting stable footwork without restricting natural, flexible movement.

By removing the Speedboard for greater freedom of movement while maintaining the necessary support through elements such as the insole, this detail represents one of the key updates to the latest model.

Rubber is strategically placed on the outsole to provide strong traction even during lateral movement. It offers stability not only for multidirectional steps in the gym, but also for everyday walking. Combined with a highly flexible midsole, the construction provides reliable grip when you need it while allowing the foot to flex naturally.



Cushioning Made to Move
The midsole features ON's proprietary CloudTec cushioning and Helion superfoam. For the Cloud X 5, the midsole has been further refined to balance flexibility with stability.

Deep grooves in the sole also improve flexibility, allowing the shoe to move naturally with the foot during exercises with a wide range of motion, such as squats and lunges.

This model also incorporates CleanCloud technology, which transforms captured carbon emissions into high-performance foam. It is a shoe that advances not only in functionality, but also in the way its materials are created.







From the Gym Straight into the City
The appeal of the Cloud X 5 lies in its versatility beyond training.
