KEEN
A footwear brand from Portland, Oregon, USA. Born from founder Rory Fuerst’s idea of protecting the toes even in sandals, KEEN drew attention with its masterpiece NEWPORT, a sandal beyond shoes equipped with toe protection. Based on the idea of Hybrid Footwear, which blends opposing elements such as land and water, comfort and performance, fashion and function, the brand continues to develop innovative products with unique comfort and design, including its signature UNEEK.

A natural fit made possible by the woven design.
The woven upper uses cord made with recycled plastic. The material itself is not elastic, but the knit-like construction creates natural stretch and fits a variety of foot shapes.



The parts of the upper other than the woven section use soft microfiber. It feels like suede leather made a little softer, remaining comfortable even on bare feet.

It also includes Eco Anti-odor, an antibacterial and deodorizing treatment derived from natural materials, helping keep feet fresh during hot summer days.





A sole design that naturally moves the foot forward
It uses KEEN.CURVE, designed to make walking smoother by efficiently using kinetic energy.
The toe curves upward, naturally encouraging the foot to move forward for a smooth, effortless walking motion.



Unlike the standard UNEEK model, the toe area is also protected by a cushioned outsole.



The removable insole uses microfiber to release moisture and reduce stuffiness around the foot.



The outsole uses lightweight, durable TPR, a material with properties between plastic and rubber, and it is also recyclable.
The outsole features a multi-directional lug pattern, improving traction on various surfaces.





Easy fit adjustment with the cord
The drawcord allows free adjustment depending on whether you wear them barefoot or with socks. Because the drawcord itself has elasticity, it flexibly fits the instep, an area that often bears stress during active movement.
