The finish uses the brand’s original “T/CAPO technique.” Each pair is hand-finished by skilled artisans, resulting in rich color variation and a vintage-inspired depth. The uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship means no two pairs are exactly alike.

A Delicately Woven Upper
Narrow strips of leather are delicately woven to soften the heavy impression often associated with Gurkha sandals. The result is a light, airy look with a sense of ease, while still carrying the refined feel of a leather shoe.
The Secure, Wrapped Fit Unique to Gurkha Sandals.
The opening around the instep is designed slightly compact, creating a fit that firmly wraps the foot. It offers a stable wearing feel closer to a leather shoe.
They may feel slightly tight at first, but thanks to the flexibility of genuine leather, they gradually mold to your feet with wear.
The ankle strap allows for fine adjustment of the fit. It helps reduce slipping while walking and supports comfortable wear even for long hours.
The toe section of the sole is slightly raised to support natural foot movement. The sole is made from rubber with reliable grip. Fine grooves help prevent slipping, giving added confidence for city walking.

There was about one index finger’s worth of room at the toes, and the instep felt slightly tight, but it should be comfortable once the leather begins to mold to the foot. Size 41 had a moderate amount of room from the first wear. The heel fit was also good, and since the strap allows for secure adjustment, they felt stable while walking. |
| ●Staff（171cm/61kg） Usual shoe size: 26.5cm Wearing: 41 / 42 Size 41 felt snug when worn barefoot. There was enough space at the toes, so the length was not an issue. The instep felt slightly tight, but considering how leather naturally molds with wear, it did not feel concerning. Size 42 offered more room overall and a more relaxed fit. Since the strap allows you to adjust the hold, I was able to walk comfortably even with a little extra room. |
