A: The early-access sale is for newsletter subscribers and offers 20% off selected popular items. Customers who subscribe during the early-access sale are also eligible and will receive the early-access coupon code in their welcome email.
Q: How do I use the early-access coupon?
A: Enter the designated early-access code in the discount code field at checkout. If you subscribe during the early-access sale, you will receive the code in your welcome email. Before paying, check that the 20% discount has been applied.
Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: Discounted items during the Black Friday campaign cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes. Coupons used to redeem loyalty points are the only exception and can be used together with the campaign discount.
Q: What should I do if a discount is not showing?
A: Check the eligible items, item quantity and sale dates. For early access, also check that you have entered the designated code. If the discount still does not appear, contact us through the Contact page before paying.
